This dish from our new menu might just become our new signature dish - Whole Tandoori Branzino

Chef's branzino is deboned and butterflied. Then it's marinated in two of our signature marinades - the classic tandoori and spicy hiryali.
After a quick marinades it gets cooked wicked quick on top of our tandoor - seared at around 650 F. Giving it a great char and crispy skin.

Finished with a tulsi tandoori oil & cilantro - fennel salad w/ a charred lemon. If you like fish - you have to try this dish.
